The Boricua Festival Committee, Inc (BFC) is a not for profit organization formed to service the Brooklyn's economically mixed neighborhoods of Park Slope, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Williamsburg and other areas surrounding Sunset Park; including Community Boards 3, 4, 6 and 7.
